Our facility offers 3 floors to meet all your needs and to help you reach your goals.
Floor One - Aerobic Room/Circuit floor/Cardio Vascular equipment - elliptical machines, life cycle, steppers, treadmills, etc..
Floor Two - Extensive equipment including fee weights, benches, machines, cable and power lifting racks.
Floor Three - Adbominal floor is a more private area to stretch or work your abs with a view of our well maintained facility, friendly members and staff. Click here for virtual tour of our facility.
