How it Works
As a PEO client, PMI becomes the employer of record for payroll, payroll tax and employment insurance purposes. We file all necessary paperwork under our own identification numbers (there is an exception in the state of PA) while our clients continue to direct their employees’ daily activities. Utilizing an economies-of-scale model to aggregately pool all our clients’ employees as our own, our New Jersey PEO organization is able to negotiate and implement economically favorable employee benefits strategies.
Our clients benefit by ending up with a comprehensive plan of PEO solutions that could include dental insurance, vision coverage, a retirement savings plan, credit union membership and more.
