The firm has recently split up so Luke Lynch is now practicing on his own, however have had very good experiences with him over the years. He has closed multiple houses with me now and excellent mix of incredibly reasonable charges, no nickel and diming on expenses, along with a thorough review and counsel during the transaction. Real estate law isn't that sexy and many other providers just see it as a brainless routine that they just work through the same templates over and over again, Luke actually takes the review seriously. Have recommended him to others and they have also had positive experiences. Oh and by the way Shendil, he also takes returning calls asap seriously...if you're into that sort of thing ;-)
