We spend a lot of time on this site explaining why some people might not want to rent from us. This doesn't mean we don’t want your business. It just means that we pride ourselves in being totally frank and forthright with our clients and potential clients. We want every customer to be totally satisfied with their server. This means making sure that you understand what we do and what we don’t do right up front so you can make an informed decision.

We’re not for everyone, but if your company has the kind of technical expertise that doesn’t require a lot of hand-holding in your server management, we may be a perfect match for you.

For those clients who do require a bit more management, we partner with several managed services companies who can allow you to benefit from our world-beating pricing while still having your server fully managed by competent professionals. This situation can be ideal for production websites that require occasional tweaking and updates, but are generally left alone once working.  Clients just pay for consultative support as needed, while benefiting from our low pricing for months at a time between support incidents.
