If you went to Rutgers you know grease trucks. Some of the finest, most diverse and interesting food served on 4 wheels. I had been to a couple parties catered by other standard food trucks and thought it was such a genius move by the hosts. At the time I had no clue you could actually get one of the original RU grease trucks to come to your house - with the real deal fat sandwiches and everything. I called up Sam and we worked out having him bring the actual grease truck - not just a catering van with grease truck food - but the actual 50ft grease truck to our driveway - to dish out grub for us and 70 of our friends. Incredibly cost effective, no clean up, no plates, nothing but great food and good times...and I get to enjoy the party instead of smelling like a grill.

Recently my family and I were guest at a New Jersey BBQ, and Mr. C'S FOOD TRUCK was who they hired to cater the event. Unlike any "regular" caterer, Mr. C pulled up with his kitchen on wheels and set up right in the driveway. The truck was clean, service was great, and as for selection, MR. C's entire menu was available for everyone to choose from. What’s even better is that every sandwich was cooked fresh and made to order. The experience was great, I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND MR. C'S FOOD TRUCK SERVICE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO THINK "OUTSIDE THE BOX" AND PUT OUT A PARTY THAT PEOPLE WILL TALK ABOUT FOR WEEKS.... Thanks again, Bill from Brooklyn.

As a Rutgers Alumni I can honestly say my experience at this food truck has always been great. They have saved me from a multitude of hangovers and the food is always mouthwatering #hangovercure

I went to the best barbecue ever yesterday as our hosts had Mr Cs Rutgers come by and they made some of those classic sandwiches and platters you can find on Rutgers campus. They even made custom sandwiches at the host'a request and offered it as th special of the day.

We had a wonderful experience with the Rutger's Grease Truck at our event. Samir Alkilani showed up on time, confirmed the day before. The food was good, hot and the service was wonderful. Thank you. NBHA

We recently went to a summer-party and walked up the driveway and saw Mr. C's Truck there. We weren't sure if the food would be the same as at Rutgers (did the travel with all the equipment? all the ingredients?) -- But, not only was the food incredibly delicious and hot (with sauce dripping down our forearms), Mr. C was able to make and serve-up everything quickly! They offered plenty of variety for kids and vegetarian dishes as well. To top it off, Mr. C (Sam) was super-friendly and Fun too. Makes us want to throw a party just to have them come!

Who knew you could get a celebrity grease truck to cater your party? We had the honor of attending a party with Sam working his Mr. C's truck....and yes, the actual truck was there. Great food and service. Sam has an extensive menu, but everyone was ordering his famous fat sandwiches. Food is made to order and comes out hot. I would recommend sharing a sandwich with 2-4 people as I made the mistake of eating 1 sandwich on my own and was too full to eat anything else the rest of the day. Would have loved to sample the other sandwiches. I can see why college kids love this stuff. Would highly recommend him to cater any party. I know I will probably make personal trip up to Rutgers just so I can try his other sandwiches.

The Rutgers Grease trucks were on Man vs Food and other popular shows for a good reason -- the sandwiches are damn delicious, and Mr. C's is the best there is. One of my faves is the Fat Moon, with chicken fingers, fried egg, french fries, ketchup and mayo. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS STUFF?!?!

Honestly, how can you hate a delicious meal from a place like this? Its pretty much impossible. Even though these are so damn amazing, I am happy I didn't go to Rutgers so I didn't become a regular at this place.

Mr. C's catered our BBQ this past weekend was nothing short of fabulous ! His food was fresh, well cooked and of course delicious! We had over 65 guests and he was able to keep up with the demand without breaking a sweat and always had a great smile and attitude! It was the easiest, most fun gathering we've ever hosted and I'm already looking for excuses to hire Mr. C again! Thank you Sam!!!
