VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been our goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices. Our experience has allowed us to build and develop the infrastructure needed to keep our prices affordable and our clients up and running. When there was an urgent call for a same-day RAM increase, VersaTrust excelled. Despite the pressing timeline, Alex at VersaTrust turned a potentially stressful situation into a testament of their exceptional service. This was DII's first encounter with Stephen. Do y'all remember when we used to play Pokemon and developed an Abra into Kadabra and then learned you couldn't even evolve him without buying a trade cable, and worse, finding a helping friend to trade with? But god that feeling once you got an Alakazam was just so great. That's how we felt working with this kid. He proved himself to be better than Steven Condry in his very first ticket for us - and then David James came to provide a helping hand to finish off what was the best ticket in DII history. God I love this job. PS Please let me know if Steven Condry ever returns to VersaTrust so that I can stop using him in my reviews
