My e-mail send gave specific instructions to remove a terminated employee from a specific e-mail group and instead her whole profile was taken down. With something as important as that, it is extremely important to actual read and make sure the correct task is performed. I did not appreciate the phone call I received from management due to someone at Arnet not reading and making an incorrect change.

Good morning, I can't remember who I spoke with Friday morning about getting the computer in our Lobby up and running but he said he'd call me back in 15 mins but then didn't. Our prospects need to login to this when applying for an apartment. As of this writing they are unable. Thanks, Kim DeVine

I called Friday morning and reported this problem to Dan and never got a return call. The last time I had the problem, I called when it happened and didn't get a return call until the following day when the problem was not presenting itself. It is intermittent.

This is not a reflection on the person. However, duo would not prompt me to get onto the cloud this morning. Perhaps it should not be possible, since I am working within a contractor chemical analysis laboratory today in a suburb of Tulsa, OK. But nearly daily connection issues seem to continue.

I tried to make it clear that I wanted to know WHY the email did not come through. This was not addressed AT ALL. Also, I asked about the spam filter for the ".wellogydesign.com" domain, and THAT was not addressed at all.
