My experience with Arnet is always postive. They reach out almost immediately when there is a problem with Easynet. This last problem was something I did that put my computer into tablet mode and Alan was able to correct it for me and show me what to do should it happen in the future! Thanks so much!

Our problem continues to be unable to connect on easy net. Chris was very responsive. However, the fact that I have a client meeting and can't get on easy net for the meeting and it took over 30 minutes for it to be resolved is something we can't tolerate for our business. As you know, this continues to happen time after time. In fact, the night before , I also received the same error message. Tried over 25 times and finally 45 minutes later, I got on. We just can't do business like this. I hope you can identify the problem, which doesn't seem to have happened, and then resolve it. If it something we are doing on our end, please let us know. Appreciate your efforts, I know you care, but this just isn't working for us as I can't afford to keep cancelling client meetings because I can't get on easy net.
