Incorporated in 1983, our business occupies a 4000 square foot service facility, centrally located to service our Chicago, suburban and Northwest Indiana clients. With a full parts inventory, service depot, diagnostics center and testing lab, we stand behind the products we sell, plus we offer factory authorized service for most major brands. As an authorized sales and warranty service center for many of the industry's most prestigious brands, including Compaq, HP, Cisco, Brother, Dell, Gateway, Okidata and Lexmark to name a select few, HTS is able to offer our customers the best of both worlds: proven consulting experience and exceptional product knowledge along with aggressive low pricing. Our technical alliances with the industry leaders are not easily earned. They demand ongoing training and certification of everyone you will work with at HTS , from sales staff, network designers and system engineers to service, support and repair personnel. Industry recognized distinctions such as A+, Novell CNE, Microsoft MSCE, Cisco CCNA and Compaq ASE guarantee that our technical staff posses the skills, experience and knowledge necessary to provide competent and successful solutions. While we concentrate on the banking, education and government markets, most of our clients are small and medium size businesses that outsource their entire technology department to us or require our assistance in supporting their IT staff. To date we have installed over 250 networks with over 5000 total workstations. Our customers include large, multi-branch banks and school districts, which have WAN enterprise connectivity with T1 digital Internet access, to small local businesses with a basic 2-node network for file, print and modem sharing. At Heritage, we are large enough to handle all the needs of major corporations, while still providing the personal service that a small business owner needs and requires.
