I'm giving a 2/10 not because of Chase .. but because of the frustration of getting us connected with the new internet provider but things aren't seemingly thought through on CP's end of what/who will be impacted. I would think you would have schematics of every company that show all the company users and all their required IT functions. This came at the same time that emails weren't coming through ... again a change in system that didn't seem to be tested very well. When we first onboarded with CP Greeley several years ago, I felt we were given excellent service. It was GOLD. I don't ever recall the crazy stuff that we experience now. Back then, everything was carefully thought through and rolled out in a way that was painless as possible for all affected. What has changed? Thanks for allowing me to express my frustration.
