Tech was too quick to assume it was a printer...

Tech was too quick to assume it was a printer issue. We went through the first service call doing the basics and came to the conclusion that it was a printer issue. I reached out to the copier company, they asked if they could coordinate a call with NetEffect to troubleshoot further. That call took place and no results. The copier company then advised me that they could come out to service the machine but if they discovered it was a network issue, I would be charged $300. I received a follow up call from Patrick to see if the issue was resolved and I advised him of the $300 fee if it was a network issue. He immediately thought of another potential solution, offered to fix then but I was in the middle of something important. I scheduled another call and we determined that it was a network issue.
