I have not received any more messages stating that Caselle Support messages are not being delivered. But I have not submitted anymore support tickets to Caselle since. I am not sure if the issue is resolved or not. It took CP several attempts with no effect and I will know if the issue is resolved next time I submit a Support Ticket to Caselle.

I am not sure why there was an issue in the first place. If the account had been set up correctly in the first place, I don't believe we would had any issues. But once the issue surfaced, it was quickly resolved.

I put a ticket in early in the week, and had to email back today to request an update. But my second inquiry was answered very quickly.
