As you know, we are still struggling with connectivity, and other issues. Not having someone available before 8am is difficult when I start work between 7 and 7:30 and have guys out in our office that start at 5am. Keith was friendly, and helpful, but the overall issues that continue are frustrating. So for Keith, he was good, the whole cloud problem is still difficult for us. I know you are working on a solution.
