It did take approximately 4 days to get a permanent fix. I was always logged in within a reasonable time frame from when I submitted the email request, but it still took almost one full work week to do a permanent fix (vs just logging me in day to day). So, 4 days (out of 5) I had to send the email or call to get the issue fixed.... I don't believe it was anyone's fault, just a break down initially on the permanent fix. In the meantime, I cant work at all so it would be frustrating on my end. But, the service was itself always exceptional.

knowledgeable, operationally flexible and personable staffing is a must in this industry, especially when it is necessary to provide onsite service. Drew, certainly emulates these qualities which we have found to be an operational characteristic of staff from sales through system design engineering and perhaps most importantly responsive solid technical operational support.
