Thank you!! Luis was great and stuck with me until the end. When my call dropped, he continued to address my case and called me back after an appropriate amount of time (giving me the chance to move back to an area where I had service). THANK YOU, LUIS!!

As far as I can recall I did not interact with Daniel Brys, so I cannot comment on him. Jordan called me regarding the ticket very quickly and was able to determine the problem and provide a solution within the same call. He also was able to follow up with his team regarding a long-term solution for the problem to avoid it happening again. He was very prompt with all his communications and I found him to be very helpful and pleasant to speak with.
