Chris did a great job looking at that the issue and letting me know what he thinks ATT did and it was nothing on their side, I need to contact ATT and get that resolved, but he showed me where to change the settings for Mr. Dickerson's email going forward. Thank you!

I still have issues with my TPI contacts on my laptop syncing with my LG droid OS phone contacts. It seems like Google Gmail, Exchange and Outllook aren't looking at the same file, and I'm constantly toggling between trying to locate contacts. In my mind, it just seems like Outlook and Exchange should be the same file but is as though my phone has them as separate files? If a technician had my phone in their hands with my laptop next to them it may be easier to figure out. Very frustrating
