Oh my gosh, this was a nightmare and Mike Galyk stuck with me the entire 6 hours. He was so patient and kind with both HP Support and with me. Please tell all your clients to NOT purchase HP Printers!

Dorian did not give up when we thought it was not possible to find an item that I accidently deleted. He continued to try different things to find the file, he did not just say, "I can't help you", he took his time with me and looked through several different avenues to find the folder and he did. I appreciated the time he spent assisting me, when he could have just expressed that he couldn't find it, he kept looking and that makes for a great IT Department and for us here at Marimor:)
