Cyril was very nice to me and to work with, but KME spent 6 hours over multiple attempting to fix the issue but were not able to. At the end of the day, our local IT expert fixed the issue in 15 minutes.

Marco didn't call when we had scheduled...

Marco didn't call when we had scheduled appointments (twice), yet said he called and couldn't get through or only got voicemail. I gave him my cell and work number (including extension) and never had any missed calls or voicemails from him. Our receptionist said there was one call during the timeframe that the caller did not respond when she answered...not necessarily uncommon, but normally the caller calls back if they can't get through). And when I tried to call him (during our scheduled appointment times, I got his voicemail...to which I did leave a detailed message about the importance and reasons for needing a timely fix.). Dennis did exactly what was needed: Gave me a detailed email how to fix the issue, and responded timely to follow up issues.

Matt was terrific to work with! He notified me he was running a little late for our scheduled appt and when he called he had a pretty good idea of what the issue was right away. Very knowledgeable and courteous too!

Nicco understood the issues I was experiencing and promptly and completely resolved them all. Our session was interrupted by a conf call, but Nicco continued to work in the background with any disruptions. Very pleased.

Please give a shoutout to associate, Kyle Mears, as he helped to resolve my tech issues with patience and care. Even if a question seemed rudimentary in knowledge, he was very understanding - me being new to this company - and quickly helped me fix the issue(s). I am very grateful for him and I feel assured that future concerns will be met with the same level of care and commitment. Thanks again, Kyle - you are amazing! :)
