As usual, Brett Dawson quickly took action on our request to verify that the required antivirus program and monitoring agents were installed and working properly on the Surface and Desktop systems of one of our employees who works from a remote jobsite location. Brett identified the systems in question and confirmed that they were in compliance. Brett took the time to call to confirm and close the ticket.

Melissa and Michael were persistent in pursuing successful completion of this task and were able to ensure that both VPN and RDP functions work properly on the new Surface Pro tablet that remains to be issued to an employee. We really appreciate the fact that they made time to remotely access the Surface and to test both features.
