Maurice picked up my ticket requesting assistance with the Setup of a spare Surface to replace a broken one. He accomplished the tasks quickly and effectively and let me know when it was done so that I could give the system to the end user.

We submitted a request for setup of a new employee with a start date less than a week away. We requested that this new employee's setup be completed by Friday, to provide enough time to set up his computer and office equipment. Walter picked up the ticket and got the setup done well ahead of our target. We really appreciate his quick response.
