It is extremely helpful that techs are available outside regular business hours. I start work at 7 a.m., so having someone answer the phone and provide assistance before 9 a.m. is awesome!

Debbie did a terrific job with promptly addressing the issues with my PC. She went above and beyond what the initial call was for when she heard me talk about other performance issues with my computer. She proactively jumped right in and fixed everything. Very professional!

I really appreciate the accommodating nature of your support efforts. While on the phone and through email, it was clear to me that you were both willing to make sure the work was completed fully and offer assistance until it was. Some places cant get off the phone fast enough...not TN. Greatly appreciated!!!

It is always a pleasure to work with Luke. He immediately identifies the issues and is patient in walking through alternative solutions just to rule them out as options. Current technical issue was determined to be outside of our network, but Luke still provided me with the contact information to the appropriate technical support department that may be able to assist with my issue. Very pleased.

Luke absolutely killed it for me today!! Great job!! If I could give him more than a ten on this one I would. :-) I was having separate issues with both Prolaw and Outlook. He handled both in very little time. (Luke and Debbie and really everyone at Total Networks always does a great job but today was extra exceptional. :-) )

Shawn is a superstar!!!! We have enjoyed him and are so impressed with his expertise, his calmness in handling every situation and his attention to detail. He listens to every problem and quietly fixes it. Never in the 25 years that I have been here have I experienced a more educated, professional who not only knows what he is doing but does it with grace and without talking down to the employees and professionals here that are not as technically savvy as he is. Thank you Shawn!!! Linley is always quick to respond to my needs and follows through with anything that we are needing and has always been very kind and professional.

Thanks Carol!!! That may have been record time for getting an RDP remote user setup in our office! We greatly appreciate the fantastic service!!! It prevented issues we would have experienced if there were delays in getting that setup. That one caught me off guard and I appreciate that you/TN provided immediate resolution...as always!!! You ROCK! :-)
