Jesse is the best IT guy, hands down. He never fails to help me do exactly what I need to in a timely manner, with a big friendly smile on his face. Either over the phone or in person, he is a genuinely good and caring person that takes his profession very seriously. Despite being a contractor/remote assistant, he is a part of the Watson family and its always great seeing him around. He is awesome!

I think some explanation of response timelines would be helpful for both me and my employees. My first few tickets were answered in an hour or so. The last few took nearly 4-8 hours, sometimes just a call at the end of the workday (prefer emails). It's helpful to know what to do should we need/want something handled quickly or outside your normal two day response period.
