Once again, Koal did the job! I had contacted NetEffect without any ticket being placed because of last minute updates and new equipment. He got right to work to assist us and our vendor with setting up the new equipment. Koal was very patient with all our staff and assisted each one of us with what we needed during that time. Even though it was last minute and he came across a few hiccups, he was on top of everything and provided exceptional service.

Koal confirmed that this was an issue on the MGM side (most likely due to the recent cyber security issues). I was a bit confused as the message/error stated the partner site was blocked by our admin (which turned out to not be the case).
