Edward was very helpful and talked me through what I was missing. However, when I went to help a couple of coworkers, 2 did not work. I cannot figure out what they have different and why it will not work for them. (I changed to global for them as well) It worked for one of my coworkers though and for me. :-)

I appreciate that the call back happened quite quickly from when the request was made. I did call but the queue was long. When the call came back I was driving and advised I wouldn't be able to turn my computer back on until about 4:15 and I appreciate that I received a call back right at 4:15 to review and resolve the request.
