We had to diagnose and find this problem, only to find Integris already knew it was a known issue. Took weeks to get resolved while having a major impact on our employees trying to serve customers. We had to keep identifying the issue on different PC's because Integris didn't monitor CPU usage. Our systems were the ones that had to proactively catch it. Integris could have prevented a lot of down time and end-user frustration with the proper monitoring on this. Not to mention it could have been avoided altogether since Integris already knew about the problem before we experienced it.

My issue was not resolved, and it wasn't important enough to pursue. The link given "unshorten it" did not work.

Worked with employee's schedule to get it done and made some tweaks to get it perfected. Very satisfied!

Service in accessing printing again was very helpful upon first attempt. Jose did some checking around on my computer and verified information on another computer that was recenetly upgraded. Final result was to remove Printer software and reinstall. This seemed to have fixed the printing issue, and all print jobs have been working well since.
