2 out of 3 isn't bad (or so the saying goes). If I recall there was trouble with multiple people working this ticket on the first machine. There was also unexpected challenges accessing the machines by name. The local firewall on the CNC machines had to be disabled in order for it to work. I think it would be safer if an adjustment could be made to the machines' local firewall instead of turning it off. I expended a fair bit of time on this project. When we signed on with Bulletproof I recall it was their mission to save us time. The third machine could not be added to the DMZ because of the way it was connected to our network. A final note, we recently had a person attempting to repair our Schelling saw (one of the machines added to the DMZ). He attempted to use Netviewer to allow remote diagnostic. An error message popped up suggesting a firewall problem. I suspected it may be related to the changes in the network. Since service technicians are very expensive, I called and left a message on Rene's voicemail. I also called the support number and was in the queue. I pressed one for a callback (You won't lose your place in line.) and never heard back. It was a good thing I was able to resolve the problem on my own because Bulletproof was no help.
