It's always a pleasure to work with Elliot and I appreciate him asking questions to understand the best way to proceed. I have two comments: 1) In response to questions Elliot had posed to me in regards to this ticket, I tried calling the Team Griffin team at 218-216-6932 to see if Elliot could call me because I needed to chat with him about our situation in order to answer his questions. I got a recording and was on-hold, listening to music for a long time. Then, the music stopped and there was just silence for a while. I didn't know if I was still on hold or not. After a period of silence, I eventually hung-up. I called back again and left a voicemail for someone to call me in response to a ticket I already had in the system so a new ticket was not needed to be created. 2) Instead of someone calling me back, I eventually receeived an email from Elliot that he was unavailable to speak with me that day but could call me the following day. If Elliot was unavailable, it would have been appreciated to have another tech call me that same day to try and assist me. Thank you!
