This particular ticket - Vidhi answered my questions, but did not know how the technology worked, which led to failure of our Outlook. I don't think Vidhi should have enacted a software that she was not aware of it's reuirements to function properly. HOWEVER IT"S PARTIALLY MY FAULT, I now know that I should have responded to Robert's ticket as 2FA is his project, instead of putting in a "questions" ticket that went to Vidhi who didn't know that Robert was working on the 2FA project. Once our Outlook failed, Robert very quickly and accurately had it up and running again. THANK YOU

Candace took my original call-in and was able to ascertain that my Outlook problem was not unique, i.e., other were having the same issue. Robert followed up, after the Outlook program failure had been addressed & repaired, to ensure that my access was restored. Thank you, both, very much. R/ Larry M
