Abrina was quick to get Koal on the line to assist with a couple tickets our office had open. Koal was super helpful with the ticket he ended up working on. He stayed on the line with me while working on the ticket and explained everything he was doing. He even made it easier for myself and transferred all that I needed from one computer to another. It took some time but he was patient and kind during the entire process.

Jared helped the best he could in resolving this, but the solution is still manual for both NetEffect and me. I have worked for many major companies over the last 35 years, and this is the first time that our IT department has flagged me for creating a simple rule on my Outlook to move spam messages (such as newsletters, etc.) into folders I have created for those messages. Jared tried to explain the security concern, which I appreciated, but it still is a bit crazy that both you and I have to get involved every single time I create an Outlook rule. It is such a huge waste of time, especially in 2023 when things should be automated and easy. This is not easy for either of us. I wish further research would be done by NetEffect to see if an automatic solution could be found to resolve this.
