I've been experiencing this VPN issue for months and months; getting dropped from the VPN at various times during the day. When I first reported this to Fuse 3 months ago, they suggested I call AT&T (my in home wifi provider), which I did - they ran diagnostics and was told my wifi connection is fine, I even upgraded my modem and upgraded my mps and still had the same problem with being dropped from the VPN. Only after reaching out to Mike Ward last week did I hear this may be an issue with the way my VPN was configured and he was instrumental in getting that corrected for me, which may help other CIBHS staff as well as I wasn't the only one experiencing this issue. A big thank you to Mike and Brian for (hopefully) finally getting to the bottom of this problem
