In my very honest opinion, Christian's customer service is exemplary, and he deserves all the recognition. He is beyond patient and always has been with me whenever i have had any computer issues. He stays on the line with you, explains what he is doing and what the problem is or might be and resolves in a very short amount of time. I have always said that i know very little about computers and the inner workings of them. but never once has Christian made me feel that way. As someone who has been in some form of customer service for 25 years, i have to say Christian is near the top of those that i have worked with. So THANK YOU!..
