He was great so he gets at 10. I scored the overall experience as an 8 because of the time to get a response and that some preplanning regarding technical requirements for the MFA would have averted the issue. The problem arose as I did not have a compatible version of Outlook for the MFA. Daniel made the tweaks and it is now working.
