This was an ongoing issue for months in my office. I did not have a computer because it died and it took very long to get me a new computer. When i received the new computer the HUD was not working. I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. It was "looked at" 3 times before i spoke with Joshua. It seems that Joshua was able to fix it on the first try. I am disappointed that i was not able to use my office since March. Thank you Joshua for hearing my concerns and attending to the issues in a timely manner and also resolving them!!
