Arnet Technologies does a great job. Mike Galyk called me to address my tech issue. When I wasn't in the office yet, he accommodated my schedule by making arrangements to call me again once I'd arrived there. When fixing my tech issue required me to be able logged onto the computer -- and that was part of the problem -- he thought outside of the box to take a different approach. Thanks, Mike.

Jeffrey was great about trying to reach me immediately and followed up with me to make sure we solved the issue. When we finally connected, he was incredibly patient and thorough in his explanations and walked me through the process so that if I needed to repeat it I was able to on my own.
