I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. I was called 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time with an offer to get it handled early. I had a scheduling conflict and opted for the scheduled time. Koal was right on time and spoke to me in easy-to-understand (non-techie) communication that I understood. He listened, then took action and made good recommendations I could easily select from.

It took a while for the update to take effect...

It took a while for the update to take effect and it would have been nice to be told if you don't see the change in 24 hrs. to just unplug and plug the phone back in.
