Jessica Painter always responds immediately. I think Jessica has a Very Positive Attitude that I appreciate. Adam Haselwood called within a few hours of when I submitted my request and discussed the issue that I was having. I explained that Nathan W had worked with the same issue last week. Adam called Nathan to review what he had done to resolve the problem. Nathan and Adam had called JDIS about the problem with our business system. JDIS called our home office in Beloit and cleared the problem. Adam continued to follow up with my request and was unaware that JDIS had cleared the problem.
