The only thing is this FTP connection should not...

The only thing is this FTP connection should not keep failing as it has been. Every time this goes down, it creates several hours of extra work, and if it goes down for more than five days, that number is roughly tripled. So we call this FTP login and associated file system mission critical it must not go down for more than an hour for maintenance, and it must be working every Tuesday, when the automation needs to use it. Thank you for quickly investigating and repairing the FTP. We appreciate it!
