I don't know who did what to figure this out, but it was a complicated issue with my laptop. Eric tried to solve the problem remotely, but I ended up having to send the laptop in. The turnaround was fantastic!

Dylan Phillips worked on my problem remotely, then watched as I used the program with the issue. When it froze up on me, he was able to see it, work a few more minutes, then watch me again to see when the problem was resolved. For him to stay with me remotely and watch the problem occur in real time, and to have it resolved very quickly was a tremendous help! He even sent an email update that I can reply to if I have further problems! Kudos, Dylan! Your help was much appreciated.
