Loren jumped right on my problem ("Security System not active click here to activate" --- Clicking there, however, locked up my computer to all other actions, including disallowing remote access to my laptop). Loren worked with me to clear the Security lock and turned my Security System back on, remotely. Thank you, Loren

Loren was very helpful and communicated what was going on very well. The problem encountered didn't allow me to continue to work and was very unusual. Loren was able to work for a few minutes with me to determine it wasn't a quick solution and then was able to fix the problem while I was in a meeting, The problem was solved in within an hour and only took one phone call!
