About Us

The story begins in 1997, when the expansion of computer use and the World Wide Web craze was in full swing. Our family created the fun, educational board game Cyber-Quest to help everyday people make sense of new technologies and understand how to use them. Since our beginnings, we’ve successfully gained a national client base and expanded our company to offer new services and all-inclusive packaged solutions for local people, businesses and organizations of all types. Or current base of operations is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Eric didn't find any real problems other than the temperature which was running way too high. He couldn't explain why, but said he changed the settings manually, which I hope will help. I noticed that when I left the computer alone and worked outside for a while, the temperature was about 15 - 20 degrees higher than when I was working on it and I don't understand why that would happen. I would like to know what the temperatures should be so I understand if it's working properly or not.
