Jed was super helpful when it came to installing O365 on our computers. He did come across a couple of issues but was able to work through those and get O365 installed. He was very patient and was explaining everything he was doing.

Sonesay has helped me with a couple of similar tickets in the office. He was helpful and mindful of my time. I wish he could have completed all of the installs in the office as oppopsed to being pushed out past the required installation time.
