Vincent did a good job and kept in touch until it was resolved. He even solved another problem I was having on online meetings. My sound was set to speakers on a monitor that didn't have speakers! Once that was fixed (in about 30 seconds) I was able to hear my voice mails and I'll be the online meetings will work, too.
