Our VP of Logistics was unable to use McLeod for several hours yesterday. After Scott troubleshot the issue, he advised me to reach out to McLeod for further assistance. I asked if he had Matt signoff the RDS server in which he was working and he had not. I advised him to try it and let me know. That ended up resolving the issue. We only ever want to reach out to McLeod support if we have first exhausted all of our options and it is critical enough to warrant the assistance.
