Jennifer responded to my initial call for help with a network server being down within five minutes, reassured me she would get us taken care of, then resolve the issue within 15 minutes. Since it is the Saturday of a holiday weekend, I was prepared to wait several hours for help but everything was resolved so quickly! We are grateful and very impressed with this service.
