Alex is always great to work with. Does an exceptional work with what ever problem you have and always lets you know if there is something that he can not fix that he will seek help from other employees to help him out finding the correct solution.

Jacob went above and beyond to help me with the issue regarding my email. Even though it took a little time to get it fixed, he kept me informed throughout the process. I am very happy with his customer service. I have spoken to two others prior regarding the issue. He is the first to stick with it and find a solution. I am grateful.
