Adam was fantastic! He not only fixed the issues on my computer, but also explained them to me in the "basics 101" language so I could understand. Remember that we are calling our IT department because we don't know "those types of things" and we need it explained to us just like "we don't know those things". And he did an excellent job at explaining the "why" to me where I could understand and didn't even make me feel too dumb about it lol. Thanks Adam!!!
