Koal was great! He called during the scheduled time and added the app/icon to my desktop. He also removed an icon that was not needed. And he completed this all before the scheduled time was up. He is a great asset to the IT team!

It was totally my fault that I needed help, I put in the wrong password too many times. I put in a ticket, the problem was solved and Bobby called to let me know I was good to go. Perfect communication for the problem I had.
