Both Aramis and Justin were extremely helpful. It was nice having Justin handle 100% of our on-boarding and off-boarding process this time -- I didn't have to re-explain things such as mapping QB, what needs to go on the taskbar, etc. And Aramis was very helpful during the quoting process of a new CPU -- he was quick to get on it and called me to answer any questions prior to the quotes reaching my inbox. Thank YOU!

Super easy process - Justin handled this extremely well. I like that I didn't need to stay on the phone with him while he was completing this request -- he called on the front end and called again once finished, making sure to tell me to call him with any issues.
