Joe was very helpful, persistent, and reassuring. He checked to ensure that my computer and therefore my collaterals were not compromised. He also reminded me to take that moment to really check incoming and outgoing emails, while acknowledging this happens in a busy moment. I have made a "Joe says, " sticky note on my laptop, so hopefully I wil keep these wise words highlighted to better habit forming behaviour.
