Since our founding, we’ve welcomed small businesses, large businesses, and organizations into our family. We provide the highest level of care at a monthly rate you can expect. Chris Kelley was instrumental in making this happen quickly for us and in providing additional useful tips and information. Chris was quick to respond and always gave clear information and responses. There is a second open ticket to have two physical phones shipped out (#360471) which apparently stalled. I finally asked Chris about it yesterday and learned that we were waiting on approval from someone in Georgia to authorize the physical phones. I did not know that. If someone had mentioned that to me two weeks ago, I could have put some pressure on Georgia to get the request approved. Instead, I now have phone lines and phone numbers ported (Yay!) but no way to answer the phone (boo) since my computer is rather old and does not have the bandwidth to support the softphone app. (And it is usually running Linux while I am doing software development for our products.) Sadly, as a result of having worked for a SIP telephony company, I have a shelf full of VoIP phones that are apparently all too old to work with the 3CX system. I'm not complaining; just disappointed about the physical phone situation.
