Sone was very helpful. He provided temporary solutions so that I could still work. He was very helpful and showed me how to safe work to adobe pdf should I have any issues with my printer not working- just so I could save my work and easily print at another time. Additionally, one of my coworkers began to experience the same issues I had, and her technician, Bobby, was able to correct and then he looked at my computer and got me back on the network. Thank you both SOOOOO much!!!

Sonesay was the Best!!! He had so much patience with me and I was about to have a breakdown. I wanted to throw my computer and monitor out the window but he kept pushing through and just saying don't worry we will get you up and running... I can never thank him enough and apologize enough for my lack of patience and me saying shootfire I hate computers....lol thank you Sonesay
